Belinda BerkeleyChief Operating Officer (Corporate)

Belinda Berkeley is the Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate function, and a member of the Board. She is responsible for the development of our ESG and corporate strategy.

Belinda has been instrumental in strengthening the corporate functions and establishing an ESG framework. She believes in harnessing the best talent and developing structure and processes to support excellent delivery of services to the wider business, enabling sustainable growth.

Belinda is highly experienced and worked previously as an investor and operator, having formerly worked as Managing Director for The Good Care Group with a team that led a management buyout and successfully grew the business to become the leading, live-in care business in the UK, before it’s sale to Sodexo in 2019. She joined Equitix in 2021 for this newly created position with the objective of strategically guiding the business forward and supporting the transition of the CEO.

Belinda qualified as a chartered accountant at BDO Stoy Hayward.
