Alpha Schools (Highland) Ltd

This is an operational 64,695m2 multi-site education project delivering hard and soft (excluding catering) services to primary, secondary and community facilities in Inverness and surrounding areas in Scotland. The project has a 30-year concession, expiring in 2037, with the Highland Council. Revenues are based on a fixed monthly payment with deductions for poor performance or unavailability.

Construction was undertaken by Morrison Construction, part of the Galliford Try group. The latent defects period has expired. Facilities management services are provided by Mears Facilities Management. Lifecycle risk is retained by the project company.

Equitix owns 100% of the issued share capital in the project.
