Fund I holds 100% of the project which consists of seven buildings (completed in February 2003) on six sites and includes a full suite of facilities management services provided to the Trust via Interserve FM. The 28-year concession ends on 31 July 2028. The project company holds freehold title to five of the six sites and a 99-year lease on the sixth site. The sites are all leased back to the Trust and in 2028 will either be sold at market value or, alternatively, options exist to explore an extension to the concession for up to 25 years under a predetermined structure.
