Brotorp (Knight – Sweden)

Brotorp is an operating 46.2 MW onshore wind farm located on the south east coast of Sweden, approximately 32 km north of Kalmar and 370 km south of Stockholm. The project utilises 14 Vestas 3.3 MW turbines and commenced commercial operation in December 2015.

The asset receives green electricity certificates for 15 years from the start of operation and has fixed the vast majority of wholesale power offtake through a 10 year fixed power purchase agreement with Axpo until 2026.

Vestas provides scheduled and unscheduled operations and maintenance services for the turbines. Commercial management services are provided by the asset developer Arise AB.
