Clinitek (Stoke) LLP

Clinitek (Malvern) LLP is a clinical waste facility, located near Hanley Castle in Worcestershire. Construction started in May 2019 and was due for completion in July 2020. Takeover is now expected in Q3 2021.

Revenue is generated primarily through gate fees with a small amount through the sale of electricity. The plant is capable of processing 8,000 tonnes of clinical waste per annum with a generating capacity of 0.25MWe.

The plant is being built under two engineering, procurement and construction management contracts with Incinco Limited and Cobalt Energy Limited. Malvern Operations Limited, a subsidiary of Cobalt Energy Limited, will undertake the operations and maintenance. The shareholders are Equitix V Primary Infrastructure (Clinitek) LP with 99% and Clinitek Investor LP with 1%.
