PJ_Forth Health Ltd

The project is an 860-bed acute healthcare facility located in Falkirk, Scotland. The project reached full operational commencement in July 2011 and benefits from a 30-year concession with NHS Forth Valley.

The project delivers both hard and soft facilities management services to the site. Services are provided under a concession-length contract with Serco. All soft services are benchmarked every seven years to ensure value for money. The remaining services are provided on a fixed price basis.

Revenues are received on a fixed monthly payment basis with deductions for poor performance or unavailability. Lifecycle risk is retained by the project company. Construction was undertaken by Laing O’Rourke and the project continues to benefit from the defects liability period, until 2023. Equitix holds 50% of the issued share capital in the project.
